Terms of Service — Drone Survey Network

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Drone Survey Network's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Drone Survey Network provides professional drone survey services including aerial mapping, site inspections, and survey deliverables across the UK and USA. All operations are conducted by CAA-approved (UK) or FAA-certified (USA) pilots.

3. Bookings and Payments

Survey bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment via PayPal. Prices are as stated on our pricing page. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled survey date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the survey cost.

5. Deliverables

Survey deliverables will be provided within the stated turnaround time from the date of the survey flight, subject to weather and site access conditions. We will notify you of any delays.

6. Intellectual Property

All survey data, imagery, and reports produced by Drone Survey Network remain the property of the client upon full payment. We retain the right to use anonymised data for quality improvement purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Drone Survey Network's liability is limited to the value of the survey services provided. We are not liable for consequential or indirect losses arising from the use of survey data.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales for UK clients, and the laws of the State of New York for US clients.
