For straightforward surveys — a standard roof inspection or a topographic survey of a site under 5 hectares — we can often confirm the price and availability immediately.
What affects the price?
Drone survey pricing depends on four main factors: site size, survey type, required accuracy, and location. A basic roof inspection of a single residential property starts from $259 / £199. A full topographic survey with LiDAR and CAD deliverables for a 50-hectare development site is priced differently. The quote tool accounts for all of these variables and gives you a realistic range before you commit to anything.
There are no hidden fees. The price you receive includes the pilot's travel within a standard radius, the flight, data processing, and delivery of the agreed outputs. Additional charges only apply for sites requiring special airspace permissions or for expedited turnaround requests.
